Welcome to SimplrFlow AI. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website (simplrflow.ai) and our Google Sheets + Zapier automation services.
By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Our Services
SimplrFlow AI provides automation setup services using Google Sheets, Zapier, Make.com, and AI tools. We help e-commerce stores and online coaches automate repetitive tasks such as order processing, inventory management, client onboarding, and workflow optimization.
All services are delivered remotely. We do not guarantee specific results, as outcomes depend on your existing systems, data quality, and ongoing maintenance.
2. Booking & Payments
You can book a free 15-minute discovery call via our calendar.
Paid services are quoted individually. We accept payments via Stripe or bank transfer.
A 50% deposit may be required before starting work on custom automations.
All prices are in Euros (€) unless otherwise stated.
3. Delivery & Revisions
We aim to deliver basic automations within 2–5 business days.
You will receive a Loom video walkthrough and access to the automation setup.
One round of reasonable revisions is included in standard packages. Additional changes may incur extra fees.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate information and access to your tools (Google Sheets, Zapier account, Shopify/Etsy/Calendly, etc.) when needed.
Test the automation after delivery and report issues promptly.
Maintain your own accounts and tools (we are not responsible for changes made by third-party platforms like Zapier or Shopify).
5. Limitations of Liability
Our services are provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or 100% accuracy of automations.
We are not liable for any loss of data, revenue, or business caused by the use or failure of our automations.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your business data.
We retain ownership of any custom templates, scripts, or methodologies we develop.
You are granted a non-exclusive license to use the delivered automations for your own business.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if you engage in abusive behavior or breach these terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ireland.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
